We offer FREE international standard shipping on all orders above $50 USD.

TOTAL SHIPPING TIME include Processing Time and Transit Time.

United States: 10-20 business days.
Canada: 10-25 business days.(It might take more than 30 business days to Canada in Winter, we suggest you choose EXPRESS SHIPPING.
United Kingdom: 10-15 business days.
Singapore/Malaysia/Thailand: 7-15 business days.
Australia/New Zealand: 8-15 business days
Hong Kong/Taiwan/Macau: 7-10 business days
France/Germany/Spain/Netherlands/Switzerland/Norway/Sweden/Denmark: 8-15 business days.

Express Shipping (SURCHARGE): 5-10 working days for all countries.

*You can't change your address after the package shipped. Please make sure your address is valid within 30 business days(not include public holidays and weekends) or we will not be responsible for the resulting loss.

Replacement / Defected Policy
*Please check carefully before opening the sealed package! 
Goods received within 7 days are returnable or exchangeable if and only if the products defects. The first day of grace period starts from the day of the products arrived in the hand of customers.
If you found the products have below issues, please take photos as proof and we will resend you replacement without extra fees.

●Lens was torn or broken in SEALED bottle
●Lens was in odd shape in SEALED bottle
●Lens was expired in SEALED bottle

*Exchangeable or refundable policy will be deemed invalid if the products show any signs of being used.

Return and Exchange Policy
Within 30 days, if the customer returns for non-quality problems, return shipping costs and resend shipping cost would be borne by the customer; the amount of freight issued by the order will be deducted from your actual refund. In addition you will be charged 30% of the return costs.
If goods have quality problems, we will bear the freight. Only when products condition is still re-sellable upon inspection at our side. (remain unopened for contact lenses)

We do not accept return for eyeglasses because it is not sellable.

*Note:Only original condition products(unopened, unmarked and unused) can be returned for a partial refund. All contact lenses damages are identified as man-made damages once sealed package opened.


For eyeglasses:

Since prescription eyeglasses can not be resell, we do not accept full amount refund once the customer receive it. 

1. If OH God I entered the wrong prescription! The glasses are unwearable!
No worry! A discount code will be offered so that you can purchase a new pair by just paying $9.9 shipping fee. 
2. Please help me! The frame is too big for me so I cannot see out of them.
The issue of frame size often happens when purchasing glasses online. Just measure your old fit glasses to confirm the frame size and contact us within 30 days of receiving. We will provide a discount code for you to purchase a pair of new fit glasses. Please note, the shipping fee will be charged.

3. The glasses are good, but I don’t think they look good on me.
If you don’t like the style, the color or the coatings, please contact us within 30 days of receiving. A discount code will help you to get a new pair you like. In this way, you can keep the glasses you received for backup and they may come in handy when necessary. Please note, the shipping fee will be charged.

4. The glasses has wrong power or pd.

All glasses have done quality inspection before we ship the item. If you do provide evidence about there is a wrong power or pd, we will send you a new fit of  glasses and you do not need to pay the shipping fee.

5. Quality issues not related to the glasses lenses

There are some typical issues such as: askew frame or paint off the frame. We do not offer exchange for these issues however we are able to provide a amount of refund and resent you the possible fixing kit if necessary.

We are unable to identify the responsibility of these issues. 



For contact lenses: Any opened contact lenses can not be return or refund. Please double check the condition of the contact lenses before you open the sealed package.

Okjoo.com reserves the rights not to entertain any complaints file after 7 days of grace period. Other than product defection complaints will be handled as per case basis.

Cancellation Policy
●If you cancel your order after payment within 8 hours. Worth to note that, not full payment will be refunded, 10% administration fees of your amount purchased will be imposed. 
●Once products SHIPPED, 30% administration fees will be imposed and shipping is non-refundable items. Refund will be processed only after the products return to us. 
●If your parcel being returned due to (incorrect address given by customer, unclaimed parcels, recipient not available during delivery) and a refund request is made, we will impose 30% administration fees of your total order value and deduct the shipping charges and refund you the remaining amount.
